Spring is a very busy time of the year and the end of the school year comes quickly.  We need you to be aware that your account must be in good standing by Friday, May 23.  Your account may include late fees, past due amounts, Fair Share hours (at $15 per hour) or lost swipe card fees ($15 per card).  Final Fair Share billing will be handed out the week of May 19.  Please be aware that if your account is not up to date then your child’s registration will not be processed for next year, and your child’s placement and/or ability to participate in our graduation ceremonies may be jeopardized.  Please contact me at 704.944.6866 if you have any concerns or questions about your account

FOR OUR EXTENDED DAY FAMILIES ONLY:  June Interim forms are due no later than Monday, May 12.  Please remember to turn in your forms, as this is how we staff for June Interim.  To date we have not received many and we will be finalizing our staffing on Friday, May 16.  NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT.  If you have any questions, please give Tootie a call at 704.944.6752

Please remember to record all of your Fair Share Hours.  Final billing will be done Monday, May 19.  Please remember that Fair Share has a value of $15 per hour…The office could always use color copy paper (pink, blue, yellow, green, etc.) and white copy paper.  We do have some  tzedakah that needs to be counted.
